The Joys of Yoga

The Private Session allows you to get an introduction to 1-2-1 Yoga with Sophie. We plan together a Yoga class based on your aspirations and needs. We dive deeper into YOUR yoga practice, using breathing techniques and yoga postures to help you reconnect and rejuvenate both body  and mind. A great way to see if 1-2-1 courses would be for you. Give it a go!
