Starting the new year, a full time job, a part time postgraduate study, and sharing Yoga as a little helper for better living. I would say I am part of the extra lucky ones when it comes to supporting myself and my professional development progress.
But what about personal life? Well...I find comfort in helping; in being here for my family, my friends, and anyone coming to me. And so, starting teaching Yoga early 2021 has really fitted well into this life puzzle.
Sharing about the different ways and techniques we can use our breath, movements and thinking process to alleviate day-to-day stress and anxiety, is a privilege. It really is. I am grateful I get to do this multiple days every week and keep learning a bit more every time.
So this is what this blog is going to be about. Authentic. Personal. Including a variety of tips, reflections, ideas, and more ..
A resolution? No. A spontaneous idea? More likely! Stay tuned for what comes next...
